Week 2 League Report

Last nights games showed what can occasionally happen with qualification, 4 big wins out of 6 games.

3 notes this week:

1. Players can only fill-in for a total of 4 games during the whole season.  A number of players have already filled-in twice in 2 weeks.  Is your club short?  Use different players to fill-in, instead of the same ones each week.

2. For those of you who havn't picked it, fields have switched around to avoid Field 3 being a dark wasteland.  Field 1 now runs horizontally near the club rooms, Field 2 is where it always has been and field 3 runs on the road-side of the field.  Please be aware that this now creates a zone at the Northern end of the cricket pitch where 3 fields all meet.  Maybe this isn't the best spot for all 12 teams to place their bags.

3. A typo was noticed in the draw sent out last week, in Week 4, Games p & q, the winner goes to Div 1.  In Games o & n, the loser goes into Div 2.  So there is no longer an incentive to lose this week ;-)
